Under the guidance of Chief Real Estate Officer Marilyn Sullivan Esq., an early innovator and equity sharing leader with two decades of transactions behind her, the company strives to make equity sharing accessible to all. We provide the necessary tools and information to assist buyers, sellers, investors, real estate agents and lenders through the entire process -- from selecting partners and providers to completing the equity share agreement.
